Abstract
Besides being surrounded by two volcanoes, Banyuwangi Regency also has a coastal, lowland, and highland topology. In order to minimize the number of victims in the event of a disaster, cooperation between the PHC and the community is needed, in this case the relevant parties must be empowered to become a community that cares about the environment and is responsive to disasters that may arise in its territory. This research shows that Banyuwangi Regency has four potential natural disasters, namely tsunamis, landslides, floods and volcanic eruptions. As many as 67% of PHC at the District Level in Banyuwangi Regency have the potential for flooding, 42% of PHC have potential tsunamis, 22% of PHC have potential landslides and 7% of PHC have potential for volcanic eruptions. The conclusions of this study are predictions about the potential disasters that may occur in the work area of each PHC can be used as a basis for consideration to encourage innovative programs in efforts to develop health center services that support more effective planning of regional activities and budgets. and efficient in accordance with the conditions and problems of each region.

Abstract
The development program is still associated with a conflict of interest in order to achieve economic prosperity so that environmental sustainability must sacrifice, both natural and social environment of the community. Munasinghe (2009) a staple element of elaborate on the three pillars of sustainable development, namely economic pillar, pillars of the social and environmental pillars. The application of sustainability development taking into account the economic pillar, pillars of environment, and the social pillars apply through a system i.e. Greening Business Management. Based on the research of Jan (2019) sustainability measurement framework proposed for the Islamic banks measured by several indicators, namely an integrated sustainability Strategy i.e. strategy and analysis, organization profile, material aspects, Regent interests, reporting systems, and a governance structure. In addition to the existing sustainability strategy framework of Sharia banking industry sustained also in the measure of Economic Sustainability Indicators, social sustainability indicators and Environmental Sustainability indicators. Based on the theory of Maqasid Al-Shariah, research conducted by Jan (2019) chose to propose a framework for the measurement of sustainable development in the context of Islam by changing the GRI framework. On Islamic banking references used for the measurement of each Indicator of sustainability chosen from different measurement techniques are available within the framework of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI, 2016).

Abstract
The high-quality financial report is considered to be able on reducing information assymetry and also increasing the ability of stockholder to supervise the manager on doing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) investment (McDermott, 2011). This analysis aims to verify the quality of financial reports in Indonesia, not only by using the quantitative measurement but also by using the qualitative measurement developed by Braam and Beest (2013). Besides that, this analysis aims to know the effect of high-quality accounting information to the CSR investment efficiency. This analysis uses data from company financial report which is registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2015-2016 and sustainability report which is taken from company-s website. The analysing data techniques in this study are by using multiple regression test and logistic regression. The findings of this study shows that the quality of financial reports using quantitative measurement has a significant positive relation to CSR investment with the probability over investment, in addition has a significant negative relation to CSR investment with the probability under investment. While the quality of financial report using qualitative measurement has a significant positive relation to CSR investment with the probability over investment, and has significant negative relation to CSR investment with the probability under investment.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload pressure and person-job fit which were felt by lecturers on creativity, moderated by innovation trust in “X” University in Surabaya-s Lecturers. The population in this study were all lecturers of “X” University in Surabaya, with a total of 90 lecturers. Considering the population was still within the scope of research, the sample collection used in this study was a census, which-s take the entire population, so that the total sample was the number of all lecturers at “X” University in Surabaya. Census techniques were chosen with consideration of a relatively small population. The analysis techniques which were used was partial testing and moderator regression test using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that workload pressure and person-job fit had a positive influence on lecturer creativity. In addition, innovation trust also has been able to moderate person-job fit of creativity in “X” University in Surabaya, and it can be interpreted that person-job fit supported by innovation trust on creativity was a moderating effect.

Abstract
Environment is one of Indonesia problems that should be solved. Environmental conditions have impact on the quality health of human resource from a country. The Ministry of Environment and Forestry stated that the number of garbage stacks in Indonesia has reached 65.2 million tons per year. This condition have impact for health and economic aspects. The government has made regulations to overcome the garbage problem. However, the completion of waste cannot be finished if only relies on the performance of government. Society participation is also needed, so, that environmental conditions will get better. “Trashmart” is an innovation in waste management that starts from the idea of utilizing economically valuable waste, so that it can reduce the amount of garbage piles. This concept invites participation from the society to participate in sorting and grouping waste. Beside an idea about “Trashmart” that provide innovative solutions to reduce waste piles, the research describes the public perception about “Trashmart” idea. The method used is descriptive research conducted through surveys through the distribution of questionnaire along with interviews with the related government institution. Most of respondents and Surabaya government support “Trashmart” concept and that idea will be realized.
